Prop Firm Drawdown Calculator

Model the two limits every prop firm account has, the maximum daily loss and the maximum loss (static or trailing). See how much room you have left today, in dollars, lots and points of gold, and replay a run of good and bad days to see exactly where an account would be closed.

Prop firm rules differ between programmes and change over time. Every preset shows the date it was checked and its source, and some are marked unverified. Always confirm your own account's rules with the firm; this tool is an aid, not a ruling.

3 Replay a run of days

Enter each day's closing profit or loss (optionally the worst and best floating result during the day) or pick a ready-made scenario. The chart shows the balance, the maximum-loss floor and the daily floors, and marks the day the account would be closed.

Reaching a limit exactly counts as a breach. Without a worst or best figure, the worst floating result is taken as the closing loss (or zero) and the best as the closing profit (or zero). For the intraday trailing type the day's high is assumed to come before its low, which is the cautious order. Swaps, commissions and slippage are not included.
