1. Introduction

Welcome to Gold Daily Insights (golddailyinsights.com).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of my website, the educational content, and the digital products available through the Gold Key, including my MT5 robots and copy trading signals. By accessing the Site or subscribing to the Gold Key, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Your use of the Site is also subject to my Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the Platform

Gold Daily Insights is an independent personal journal and research archive focused on spot gold (XAU/USD) price action, market mechanics, and precious metals history. The site also offers the Gold Key: a licence subscription that unlocks my own custom-developed MQL5 trading robots and copy trading signals.

3. Financial and Trading Disclaimer

Trading spot gold (XAU/USD) and utilising automated trading systems, Expert Advisors (EAs), or copy trading carries a substantial level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

• Past performance of any trading robot, signal or demo account featured on the Site is entirely historical and is not indicative of future results.
• I am an independent retail trader sharing my personal tools, chart analysis, and perspectives. I do not provide personalised financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services. You trade and manage your capital entirely at your own risk.

4. Digital Products, Licensing, and Deliverables

For the Gold Key subscription:

• Licensing: The licence key unlocks the robots covered by your plan for personal use for as long as your subscription is active. Unauthorized redistribution, reverse-engineering, resale, or public sharing of my code, licence keys or signals is strictly prohibited.
• Secure Checkout: All Gold Key transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to breach website security, distribute malicious software, or misuse comments and user interaction features.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, historical articles, and proprietary MQL5 source code or software, is my exclusive property and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized commercial use or reproduction is forbidden.

7. User Content

If you leave comments or interact with the Site, you grant me the right to moderate, edit, or remove your submissions. You warrant that your comments are lawful and do not infringe on third-party rights.

8. Payments and Refund Policy

• Gold Key Subscriptions: Due to the digital nature of software downloads and electronic licence keys, Stripe payments are generally final once the licence has been provisioned, unless statutory digital consumer protection laws dictate otherwise.
• Cancelling: every Gold Key starts with a 7-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you are not charged. After your first payment, cancelling stops future renewals but your licence key remains active and valid until the end of the period you already paid for, and is not charged again. Each licence key is bound to a single IP address, releasable once every 60 minutes from your account page. Refund eligibility for amounts already paid is governed by my Refund Policy, not by the act of cancelling itself.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Daily Insights shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of trading capital, profits, or data, resulting from your use of the Site, reliance on my market analysis, or operation of software provided through the Gold Key.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. I operate as a self-employed sole trader based in Cardiff, Wales, UK, and any legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
