I take your privacy and the security of your personal data very seriously. This Privacy Policy outlines how I collect, use, maintain, and disclose information collected from visitors and customers of Gold Daily Insights (golddailyinsights.com).

Gold Daily Insights is operated by Donaldson R F, a self-employed sole trader based at 11A Claude Place, Cardiff, CF24 3QF, Wales, United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law, I am the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

I may collect personal and non-personal identification information in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit the Site, interact with content, or subscribe to the Gold Key.

• Information You Provide Voluntarily: When you subscribe to the Gold Key or copy trading signals, or when you contact me directly by email, I may collect your name, email address, billing details, and necessary account identifiers required to deliver your licence key.
• Contact Form: When you use the Contact page, the name, email address, and message you enter are sent directly to my inbox by email. They are not stored in any database or file on this website and are not retained anywhere on the Site itself: the submission exists only as the email it becomes. A short-lived, anonymous record of how many messages were sent from your IP address is kept briefly to prevent abuse; it contains no name, email address, or message content.
• Account Area and Licence Validation: If you subscribe to the Gold Key, I store your email address, your licence key, its status and the date your current paid period ends, and the IP address your licence is currently bound to, so that each licence can be checked against the single device it is authorised for. Every time one of my MT5 robots checks your licence, a technical log entry is kept recording the licence key, the robot name, the IP address, and whether the check succeeded, used to monitor the system and investigate problems. Signing in to the account area does not use a password: I email you a one-time link instead, and a hashed record of that link is kept alongside your email address and the IP address that requested it. The link itself stops working once it is used or 15 minutes after it was sent, whichever comes first.
• Log Data and Analytics: When you interact with the Site, my servers automatically collect standard log data. This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and referring URLs. This information is used strictly for website administration, security monitoring, and analytical purposes.
• Cookies and Tracking Technologies: I use essential cookies to enhance your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and track aggregate usage metrics. You can choose to set your web browser to refuse cookies, though certain features of the Site may not function properly.

3. How I Use Your Information

I collect and use your personal information for the following specific purposes:

• To Send Administrative and Periodic Emails: I use your email address to send information pertaining to your Gold Key subscription, licence updates, or direct inquiries. If you opt-in to updates, you may receive periodic notifications regarding new market breakdowns. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Strict Confidentiality

As an independent trader based in the United Kingdom, trust is the foundation of my work.

• Direct Inquiries: Any technical questions, subscription inquiries, or direct communications sent via email are kept strictly confidential and are never shared, sold, or exposed to third parties.

5. Sharing Your Information & Third-Party Services

I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. I share personal data only with the following service providers, each acting on my behalf to run the Site and deliver the Gold Key:

• Stripe (payment processing): I use Stripe as a trusted third-party payment gateway to process credit card and online payments securely. Stripe handles your sensitive payment data in compliance with strict international PCI-DSS standards. Your card number and other payment details are never stored on my servers; they are held only by Stripe. They have access to your data only to perform payments on my behalf and are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
• Cloudflare (DNS and content delivery): routes and helps protect traffic to the Site. Cloudflare can see connection-level data (such as your IP address) in order to deliver the Site to you; see Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details.
• Google AdSense (advertising): my application to show ads on the Site is under review. Where AdSense is active, I will ask for your consent before setting any advertising cookie, where required by UK law.
• My hosting server: I operate the server that runs this Site myself, rather than outsourcing it to a separate hosting company.
• Email systems: transactional emails (licence keys, account sign-in links, contact form replies) are sent from my own mailboxes on golddailyinsights.com.

6. UK Data Protection Rights

I comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. You have the right to access, update, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as data portability rights. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your personal data, you can also complain to the UK's independent regulator for data protection, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.

7. Data Security and Retention

I adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices, alongside modern web security measures, to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your personal information and transaction details. I retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill orders, manage licence keys, and comply with legal obligations. One-time account sign-in links stop working after 15 minutes or on first use, whichever comes first, and the records of those links are deleted 24 hours after they expire or are used. Technical logs of licence validation checks (described above) are kept for 90 days for security and support purposes, then deleted.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site, the Gold Key, and the financial content here are directed to adult traders and market participants. I do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

I reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected by the updated date at the bottom of this page.
